Diet-ing

I'm try to manage to have a nice diet plan

-no oily foods
-no fried foods
-no cakes or desserts
-only vegetables and fruits(be a temporary vegetarian)
-maybe some meats for sometime,but not in fried
-take eggs for protein and milk for calcium
-quantity control
-less serving with more meals

and exercise at least 30mins per day!!
